We are using the most possible and effective filter method to avoid any kind of errors and loopholes. All ordered item before reaching to your doorstep is gone through many check points i.e quality check, fabric check, measurement check, etc. But still there is some possibility of unseen and uncontrollable errors..
- Damage of item during transit.
- Delivered wrong item by mistake.
- Unfiltered Manufacturing defect.
- Receive different item what you ordered.
In case of receiving damaged items / defective item / wrong item you may follow below instruction-
If you have receive a damaged/ defective / wrong items that is against what you ordered then please contact us within 24hours of receiving/ receipt of product. Please make sure to keep all packing material and item in the same receiving condition. Our helpdesk executive will get back to you and assist you so that the item if needed will be replace at the earliest possible time.
For this replacement our customer not need to bear any shipping charges. Some items are exclusively manufactured / out of stocks/ not available in that case our executive will communicate with you and offer some alternate best solution.
The solution should be mutually agreed with customer. If our customer do not want any alternate item or not agreed with alternate solution then we will refund full amount without any deduction whatsoever….
Need to be very alert while receiving parcel from courier..
Please check the item minutely and make sure the parcel package must be unpacked, not tempered, and verify item quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the parcel from the courier. In case of any discrepancy, do not accept delivery and lodge instant complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may follow them..
Color & description disclaimer –
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values. There may be little color variation due type of camera used in photography and it’s a scientific truth that color also depend on the setting of particular displaying monitor so we believe all our customer are aware of these factors while shopping with us, there could be little variation on the design which depends on your provided measurment or the fabric provided by the manufacturer. Although we tried to put the almost exact description on the product page about the products, but still there could be few shortcoming as most of the items are not physically available in our stock and we are not fully sure about its fabric patterns, and designs.
Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric . These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
